• Can I use Sidepocket on a desktop computer?

    Sidepocket is only available as a mobile application (on Apple iOS), in which case customers will be able to access all of the features that Sidepocket has to offer in the browser on their desktop or laptop computers.
  • How do I contact customer support?

    Click on the ‘?’ icon on the upper right of the My Sidepockets screen. Then click on ‘Visit the Sidepocket FAQs’ button. This will pull you to the Sidepocket FAQ section on the website. Click on the chat icon on the bottom right of the screen.
  • I lost my phone, what now?

    If you lose your phone, you can access Sidepocket on your new phone by simply downloading the Sidepocket app from the Appstore or Google Play.
